Shipping Policy

• Shipping Time: Orders within Beirut are typically delivered within 1–3 business days. Deliveries outside Beirut are typically completed within 3–5 business days.
• Shipping Rates:
  Shipping charges are automatically calculated at checkout based on the delivery address.
• Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during public holidays, promotional periods, or due to circumstances beyond our control.
  
  
  Returns & Exchanges Policy
• Return Window: Eligible items may be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Return Conditions: Items must be unused, unassembled, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging, together with proof of purchase.
• Return Process: To request an exchange or store credit, please contact our Customer Care team with your order number and the reason for the return. Once approved, we will provide you with the return instructions.
• Store Credit: We do not offer cash refunds. Once the returned item has been received and inspected, a credit note will be issued for the value of the returned item. Credit notes are valid for 3 months from the date of issue and may be used towards any future purchase.
• Exchanges: Subject to product availability, eligible items may also be exchanged for another item of equal or higher value (with any price difference payable by the customer).
• Return Shipping Costs: Unless the item is damaged, defective, or supplied incorrectly, the cost of returning the item is the responsibility of the customer.
